About

I'm still working on this. Please come back in the future if you want to read what I put here. The gist is going to be something like this:

This website is created with the sole intention of preserving and sharing the out-of-print book Denver Streets by Phil Goodstein. The owner of this website explicitly disclaims any ownership claim to the intellectual property of the book. The book's intellectual property belongs to its respective owner or copyright holder.

No profit or revenue is generated from this website. The owner does not engage in any commercial activities related to the book's content.

The following expenses were incurred to make this book accessible:

  • Purchase Cost: $122.14 (amount spent to acquire the physical book).
  • Scanning Cost: $40.63 (amount spent to digitize the book into a PDF format).
  • Making the PDF clickable cost: $40 (the company I used sucks and charged an extra $40 for a basic feature after ghosting me for weeks).
  • Hosting Cost: $5/month (ongoing server expense to host the website).

I'm terrible at math, but here's the equation for that. It's not all that cheap, obviously:
($122.14 + $40.63 + $40) + $5x, where x is the number of months I continue to be alive.

If I go off of the national life expectancy for a male in the US, I will live for approximately 612 more months as of the time of writing this, meaning the grand total will come to $3,262.77. So don't come after me for copyright bullshit.

This preservation effort is undertaken as a non-commercial and educational initiative. If you are the rightful owner of the intellectual property and wish to discuss any concerns or request the removal of specific content, use the contact page on the website.
